Registration fees for  Full Conference participants include:


• Participation in the Conference scientific sessions
• Printed material of the Conference
• Invitation to the Welcome Reception
• Coffee Breaks

Resident, Students ** – Participants registering as Residents and Students must provide an official letter from the head of their department to support their application rate.

Registration for accompanying persons includes an invitation to welcome reception

Payment:

Payment of registration fees should be made in Euro by one of the following methods:
• By Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners)
• Bank transfer


Registration Cancellation Policy:

Refund of Registration Fees will be made upon receipt of a written notification by fax or e-mail only, as follows:
90 days before arrival: full refund, less 20 Euro cancellation charge
45 days prior to arrival: 50 Euro cancellation charge.

AIFA Procedure for SPONSORS / PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES
