WEATHER IN MARCH
March comes with spring but with low winter-like temperatures in the range of 1°C (33.8°F) and 5°C (41°F) for the better part of the month. The first few days may experience snowing, but it clears out fast.
Night temperatures are chiller with the lowest reading at -3°C (26.6°F) but the days are mildly warm with up to four hours of sunshine.

Poland has its own currency called: Zloty.Some establishments, notably hypermarkets, accept payments in euros
TIPPING
In Poland tipping is expected for good service in restaurants, especially in touristy areas such as Krakow or Warsaw. The norm is to tip around 10% of the bill. You can tip 15% if the service was exceptionally good.
ELECTRICITY
In Poland the standard voltage is 230 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. You can use your electric appliances in Poland, if the standard voltage in your country is in between 220 – 240 V (as is in the UK, Europe, Australia and most of Asia and Africa).

SHOPPING
People in Poland love to shop, so it is no wonder that Warsaw has some of Europe’s largest shopping malls. In Poland it is even possible to go shopping on Sunday. The best places to shop are the shopping malls that have been built in last 10 years, they usually contain a hypermarket, so you will be able to do all the shopping in one location
VISA REQUIREMENTS

Delegates are requested to take out their own personal travel and health insurance as the congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property.

Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee or Conference to provide any financial assistance.

All participants must submit a completed registration form. Hotel accommodation at special conference rates is offered to participants.
